Our Products

Where are your products made?

• Our acrylic fountain pens are made in our new building in Raleigh, NC.
• Some of our metal ballpoint and fountain pens are sourced overseas (primarily Europe) and shipped to our Raleigh facility where we inspect the parts and assemble before shipping to our clients.
• Most of our nibs are sourced from Germany.
• Our accessories (pen case, carrying bags, notebook covers, paper, ink, and watches) are sourced from Europe and India from vendors who have the same focus on quality that Franklin-Christoph is known for. We design all products in house, and work with close partners who become part of the F-C family. 

Do you take custom orders?
We are not set up as a custom pen producing business. Instead we try to maximize our production in specific color styles in options that Mr. Franklin and the production team have designed. It's more efficient and cost effective in trying to meet our growing product demand and offer a changing variety of color options.

When will a SOLD OUT product be available again?
When there is an out of stock item, you will see a green Email When Available tab where you can sign up for a notification when that specific item is back in inventory. This will not sign you up for the main email list unless you click the tab "add me to the store mailing list."
The system will only send 1.4 emails for every unit of product available, in order of sign up, and will continue to send more every 2 hours as long as stock is available. This will ensure that people waiting the longest will be notified first. So if you are signed up for notification on an item, you may not receive an email each time some stock becomes available before it is again sold out; but when you do, the likelihood the item is available will be much greater on fast moving products.
