When will my order ship?
Our shipping center is open each weekday, Mon-Fri, excluding major US holidays.
- Orders received by 1pm ET requesting FedEx will receive same day shipping.
- Orders received after 1pm ET, and US Mail shipping requests received after 10am ET, will be shipped the following business day at latest.
- You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is completed.
- While we ship most orders via FedEx 2-day service, FedEx no longer guarantees delivery in two days. Most domestic orders are received within this time frame. International orders usually are received within 3-5 business days but may take up to 7-10 business days depending on locale.
- USPS orders may take 1-7 business days domestically; international orders range from 1 to 4 weeks.
What do I do if I haven't received my order and the tracking information is not updated?
If it has been 7 business days since your order shipped, please email clientservice@franklin-christoph.com to request a trace on your package.
